Michael was commissioned to take the Nivea now in tubs series of photos, the art director was Paul Arden, who was Creative Director at Saatchi & Saatchi at the time.  This print has a slight surface tear just to the left of the title hence the relatively low price.  Please contact us before purchasing for extra pictures.

It is possible to spot the similarities with the famous Ingrès painting of the baigneuse.  An artist makes his own interpretation from his personal inspiration – one could spot similarities with the work by Man Ray – a picture of a lady seen from behind with an added pair of symbols to make her back appear like a violin.
