A pair of children in South Vietnam carefree and worriless between trenches.
Michael was assigned to Vietnam when he was barely 22 years old to take photographs of the Vietnam war with Brian Moynahan, his journalist friend.
Several of his photos appeared in British newspapers like the Guardian. Michael reckons it was the most frightening assignment of his life, and is eternally grateful to have returned to the UK when he did.
